Palestine ; A Quest for Justice

The Palestine issue is a complex topic in the world history and politics that is closely related to the principles of human rights , integrity and international law. This issue is not only a long standing conflict between Israel and the innocent Palestinians , but it has also attracted the attention of the international community. Apart from that it has also attracted International law, including UN and their resolutions which play an important role in resolving this conflict. Despite all these so called efforts, enforcing human rights principles in practice remains a challenge .

The attack of Hamas on October 6, 2023 was carried out in defense of the rights of the Palestinians against the barbarities and human rights violations in the Palestinian territories , illegal occupation of Israelis, capturing of Palestinian properties , internal and external sanctions on Hamas, which is a democratic force in view of the threats to the integrity of the Palestinians. Hamas took the path of attack which was absolutely genuine and legitimate in those circumstances. It was because the Palestinian people have the right to resist for their right but the way Israel started the brutal and bloody war after this attack is a deep human tragedy. Israel regularly committed war crimes and instead of fighting with Hamas, they evil Israel started genocide of innocent Palestinians targeting civilians and killing 42,000 people including 11,000 children. About 10,000 people are injured. Israel destroyed 162 health facilities in this year of bombing, 131 ambulances were destroyed, 700 water tankers were destroyed, 172 journalists were killed, 350,000 children are dying due to famine , 10,000 cancer patients are dying because of the deadly chemicals Israel had used in the attacks. Israel is violating all kinds of international laws but no one international power resists against it. According to the World Health Organization, hospitals and health facilities in Gaza were attacked 516 times by Israel in which nearly 1,000 doctors were killed. The fascist ragime of Israel turned the whole of Gaza into ruins but the human rights organizations and the Muslim rulers just watched it all like spectators.
